How it works

Three steps — that's all

  1. 01

    Book a free trial class

The trial class runs every week on the group's second training day. You borrow gear from us, meet the team and try everything — with zero commitment.

  2. 02

Start BJJ101 when it suits you

Rolling intake means no waiting for the next course start. We take a limited number of new starters each month so everyone gets a proper start — if the month is full, you roll into the next one.

  3. 03

    Graduate to team training

During the course you start joining selected Fundamentals classes, so the transition is seamless. When you finish, your first belt is waiting — and so is the rest of the gym.

Questions everyone asks

Before you ask

Am I in too bad shape to start?

No. Fitness comes from the training — not the other way around. BJJ101 is built for completely ordinary bodies in completely ordinary shape, and you control the intensity all the way.

What should I bring to the trial class?

Yourself, a water bottle and clothes you can move in. We'll lend you all the technical stuff.

Is BJJ dangerous?

BJJ is trained without strikes or kicks, and everything happens with a partner at a controlled pace. You learn to say stop from day one — and everyone respects it.

I'd rather train with women only — can I?

Yes. Our Ladies Only classes run with rolling intake, taught in a gym owned and led by women. You can start there and later join any class — or not.

What happens when the course ends?

You continue straight onto the gym's Fundamentals classes — which you've already tried during the course. Your membership continues automatically as a standard membership unless you cancel before the deadline.
